Role Overview

The Executive – Sales (Consumables) is a key role responsible for driving consumable sales in the West Region (Maharashtra & Gujarat). Reporting directly to the GM (Consumable Sales), this role is ideal for candidates passionate about sales, customer interaction, and building a career in the printing and packaging industry. The position requires immediate joining and offers the opportunity to work with a leading organisation, learn from industry experts, and be part of a dynamic, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and collection of inks, varnishes, and flexo plates in the Western region.
• Develop business from existing customers and onboard new customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Participate in exhibitions and trade fairs to generate new leads.
• Conduct new product trials with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Stores teams for timely dispatches.
• Stay updated on competitors, products, and emerging trends in the Printing & Packaging industry.

Tech Stack

The role requires proficiency in the following tools and technologies commonly used in sales operations within the packaging and printing industry:

• CRM Software: Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar for managing customer interactions and sales pipeline.
• ERP Systems: SAP, Oracle, or custom ERP for order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Excel for data analysis and reporting, PowerPoint for presentations, Outlook for communication.
• Printing Technology Software: Basic knowledge of colour management tools, flexo plate design software, and industry-specific applications (e.g., Esko, ArtPro) is advantageous.
• Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams or Zoom for remote meetings and client communication.

Degree or Diploma in Printing Technology. 3+ years of experience in consumable sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, willingness to travel for customer meetings, self-motivation, customer-focused approach, ability to build professional relationships. Strong command of CRM and ERP systems preferred.
