Role Overview

As a Field Counsellor, you will be at the forefront of community engagement, directly interacting with healthcare professionals and parents to promote and educate them about baby skincare products, specifically Tedibar by Atogla. This role requires travel to various hospitals and clinics, making it essential for candidates to possess strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Hospital Coverage: Regularly visit assigned hospitals and clinics as per the monthly plan to engage with healthcare professionals. Schedule visits in alignment with the OPD schedules and availability of doctors.
• Healthcare Professional Engagement: Meet with doctors specializing in Pediatrics, neonatal care, and dermatology, as well as with nurses, chemists, purchase managers, and marketing managers. Provide product demonstrations and educate these professionals on the usage and benefits of baby skincare products.
• Parent Engagement & Counselling: Counsel parents regarding baby skincare, addressing their queries with empathy while providing accurate product information. Organize demonstrations and sampling of products to premium patients.
• Camp Activities: Organize pH camps and Corniometer camps, ensuring effective education and product sampling during these events.
• Product Monitoring & Market Intelligence: Collect and document feedback from parents, keep track of new products available in hospitals, monitor competitors, and report insights back to the management.
• Collaboration & Joint Calls: Participate in joint field visits with medical representatives, territory managers, and zonal managers to align strategies and improve outreach.
• Internal Coordination & Reporting: Maintain daily and monthly reports, sharing insights and activities with the project manager and sales teams.
• Nurse Engagement Activities: Engage with nurses to maintain relationships and training sessions regarding product education and sampling, participating in campaigns organized by the company.
• Travel Requirements: The role requires extensive fieldwork, which may involve utilizing personal vehicles for traveling across assigned cities.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (preferred)
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned cities with own vehicle or public transport
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Competitive salary ranging from ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
