Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive - ERP Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities by promoting ERP solutions, particularly with a focus on Odoo ERP. This position is key to expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets by building relationships with decision-makers in SMEs and enterprises. You will be required to effectively understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate ERP solutions based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and direct customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners, department heads, and decision-makers.
• Proficiently understand customer business processes to recommend suitable Odoo ERP solutions.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct product demonstrations in coordination with the pre-sales team.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals; negotiate contracts effectively.
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team for lead generation and participate in trade shows and networking events.

Salary

₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month

• 1–3 years of field sales experience in ERP Software, Odoo ERP, SaaS, or IT Solution Sales.
• Proven experience in ERP sales (experience with Odoo ERP, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred).
• Strong skills in cold calling, client meetings, and business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
