Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive dedicated to enhancing our impact in the growing EV charging market. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives on engaging with customers, identifying new business prospects, and foster long-term professional relationships. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively visiting potential clients, generating leads, demonstrating our products, and driving sales of our comprehensive EV charging solutions across Mumbai and adjacent regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers to create new business opportunities through hands-on field sales activities.
• Identify potential clients within varied sectors, including dealerships, fleet operators, commercial entities, residential societies, real estate developers, corporate offices, and industrial customers.
• Facilitate customer meetings and conduct comprehensive product presentations and site visits.
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored EV charging solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and diligent market visits.
• Prepare accurate quotations and liaise with internal teams for proposals and order processing.
• Negotiate commercial terms, drive closing of sales opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to manage the sales cycle.
• Accomplish monthly and quarterly sales targets efficiently.
• Maintain precise customer records and ensure relevant updates in CRM systems.
• Provide valuable market intelligence by monitoring competitor activities and gathering customer feedback for management.
• Represent ZeroFootprint at exhibitions, industry events, and customer engagement initiatives.

• Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Business, or Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Experience in EV, electrical products, renewable energy, industrial equipment, automotive, or related industries is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily field activities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai and nearby areas.
