We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant) to own and manage the full finance engine at Ripik.AI, including accounting, compliance, MIS, cash flow management, and audits for a fast-scaling industrial AI startup.
About the Company
Ripik.AI is an Accel-backed Applied AI company that builds computer vision and process-optimization agents for the world's largest industrial enterprises across steel, cement, aluminum, chemicals, pharma, and power. Its Vision AI platform acts as an automated pair of eyes on the shop floor, monitoring materials, equipment, and processes 24/7 with 95%+ accuracy, eliminating human error, and delivering measurable gains in throughput, yield, energy efficiency, and safety. The company works with marquee customers including Tata Steel, JSW, ArcelorMittal, Vedanta, Godrej & Boyce, Grasim, Holcim, and Jindal Steel, and is scaling globally across India, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. As a partner to GCP, Azure, and AWS, and the AI partner of choice for CII, ICC, and NASSCOM, Ripik.AI is one of India's few AI product startups positioned to become a category-defining global industrial AI company.
Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Finance Manager to own the finance engine at Ripik.AI. This is a high-ownership role for someone who has built finance in a 0-to-n startup before and is excited to do it again alongside a leadership team scaling Ripik into a category-defining global business. You will run the full accounting and compliance backbone of a fast-scaling industrial AI company — from month-end close and MIS to statutory compliance and cash flow management. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of managing multiple priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Tech Stack
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred. 5–6 years of progressive experience in a high-growth startup or fast-scaling organization. Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, Direct Taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Hands-on experience with leading accounting and ERP platforms such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling, reporting, and data analysis. Prior experience in a startup, venture-backed, or rapidly growing business environment will be highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
