In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between our engineering teams and end-users, diagnosing complex issues, implementing custom configurations, and providing hands-on support during critical deployments. You will analyze customer environments to recommend optimizations, conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations, and contribute to product feedback loops that shape our future innovations.
