Role Overview

We are hiring a Frontend Developer to build clean, responsive, and performant user interfaces for our client projects. You will take Figma designs and turn them into pixel-accurate, accessible web experiences, collaborate closely with back-end developers and designers, and help maintain and optimize our client-facing applications. This role is ideal if you care about clean code, fast-loading pages, and getting the details of a design right. You'll work on a variety of projects, from enterprise dashboards to consumer-facing mobile-first platforms, ensuring that every interface is not only visually appealing but also technically sound and highly performant.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, cross-browser web interfaces from Figma or Adobe XD designs.
• Create quality mockups and interactive prototypes where needed.
• Maintain and continuously improve existing client websites and applications.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals.
• Design and implement mobile-first, responsive features.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to improve usability and close the design-to-code gap.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and translate it into concrete UI improvements.
• Support back-end developers with front-end integration, coding, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure web accessibility (WCAG) compliance across projects.

Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/front-end development. Highly skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Proficiency with a modern CSS framework, primarily Tailwind CSS; familiarity with Bootstrap is a plus for legacy codebases. Working knowledge of React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with browser testing, debugging, and cross-browser compatibility. In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment). Solid understanding of layout aesthetics and design-to-code translation from Figma. Basic understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) principles. Good to Have: Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe XD. Experience with Webpack or Vite, SASS, and Git. Familiarity with testing tools such as Jest, Vitest, Playwright, or Cypress. Experience with state and data-fetching libraries such as TanStack Query, Zustand, or Redux. Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor as part of your workflow. Eligibility: 1+ years of hands-on front-end development experience. Available to work on-site in Gurugram, 5 days a week.?
