About the Role

As a Frontend Engineer - React at Flex Fitness AI, you'll embark on a structured 1-year journey designed exclusively for entry-level developers in India. This is not just a job – it's a comprehensive learning experience where you'll master React by doing. You'll work alongside a collaborative team in a remote-first environment, contributing to our AI-driven fitness platform that helps users achieve their health goals.

What You'll Learn

• React Fundamentals: JSX, components, props, and state – we'll start from the basics and build up.
• Hooks & State Management: Use useState, useEffect, useContext, and gradually explore Redux or Context API for global state.
• Component Architecture: Learn to break down UI into reusable, maintainable components.
• Virtual DOM & Performance: Understand how React's virtual DOM works and optimize rendering.
• Styling: Use CSS modules, styled-components, or Tailwind – we'll adapt to best practices.

The Project
