Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js to join our development team. You will play a crucial role in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing responsive user interfaces, designing RESTful APIs, integrating backend services, and deploying applications on cloud platforms. You will work collaboratively with architects, product owners, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web applications using React.js.
• Develop reusable UI components and maintain component libraries for a cohesive user experience.
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI/Django), and design and consume REST APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in adherence to coding standards.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance, addressing bottlenecks accordingly.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment, adapting to changing needs and priorities efficiently.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS / Material UI, React Hooks, Axios / Fetch API, Responsive Web Design.
• Backend: Python (FastAPI/Django), Node.js (Express/NestJS), REST API Development, JWT / OAuth Authentication.
• Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in React.js development.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and state management.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Good understanding of software design principles and best practices.
• Preferred: Experience with Microservices Architecture, Healthcare/FHIR applications, and unit testing using Jest or React Testing Library.
