Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be pivotal in crafting the technological solutions that drive House of Fett's mobile and web projects. You will manage the complete app lifecycle, ensuring that products are designed, built, and maintained to high standards. This is a founding developer role, meaning you will have a significant impact on the company’s tech direction and play a critical part in bringing innovative features to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications in Flutter.
• Take full ownership of app releases: manage submissions to Google Play and Apple App Store, oversee review cycles, handle version updates, and arrange rollbacks as necessary.
• Create web-based dashboards in React for functions like sales tracking, inventory management, and comprehensive business reporting.
• Integrate various REST APIs, payment gateways, push notifications, and analytics tools into applications.
• Continuously monitor app performance and crash reports, and implement fixes swiftly.
• Collaborate directly with the leadership team to translate business requirements into actionable features.

Compensation and Details

• Salary: ₹60,000 - ₹70,000 per month based on experience.

Must Have

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
• At least one app personally deployed, live on both Google Play and the Apple App Store (links required with your application).
• Strong iOS deployment experience: Xcode, certificates and provisioning profiles, App Store Connect, TestFlight.
• Working knowledge of React for building web dashboards.
• REST API integration and Firebase (Auth, FCM, Firestore).
• Proficiency in Git and maintaining a clean release discipline.

Good to Have

• E-commerce or retail app experience.
• Node.js or any back-end exposure.
• Ability to implement UI accurately from Figma designs.
• Familiarity with Play Console and App Store analytics.
