Role Overview

We are in search of a highly experienced Full Stack Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering robust, scalable enterprise applications that are crucial for supporting critical business operations. This role demands a strong technical background along with excellent leadership capabilities to guide junior engineers and ensure the highest quality in software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications utilizing Python, FastAPI, and React.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services that enhance functionality and performance.
• Architect cloud-native solutions by leveraging Microsoft Azure services, ensuring high availability and sustainability.
• Engage in mobile application development using Java SpringBoot, contributing to project diversity.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines employing Azure DevOps or similar tools, optimizing the development and deployment processes.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and refine project goals.
• Ensure excellent application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability throughout the software lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and design patterns, promoting best practices among the engineering team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while implementing long-term sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and offshore resources to cultivate a skilled workforce.
• Document technical designs, processes, and system integrations thoroughly for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Required Qualifications

• 10-12 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with:
  • Python / FastAPI
  • Java / SpringBoot
  • Mobile applications using React Native and offline sync exposure.
  • JavaScript frameworks (Angular and/or React)
• Proven experience building enterprise-grade web applications and APIs
• Solid experience with:
  • SQL Server and database design
  • RESTful services and API integration
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including:
  • App Services
  • Functions
  • Storage (Blob/Table/Queue)
  • Identity & Access (Entra ID / Azure AD)
• Experience implementing or supporting CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Git-based workflows)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Microservices architecture
  • Object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
  • Secure coding practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
  • Docker / Kubernetes / containerization
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep)
  • Event-driven architectures and messaging (Kafka, Service Bus, etc.)
• Experience working in cloud-native or hybrid environments
• Exposure to DevOps culture and automation practices
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude)
• Background in .NET, Product/Platform development, or enterprise operations systems (nice-to-have)
