Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Game Developer (1–3 years) to join our team in Chennai and build high-quality gameplay experiences for millions of players. You will work closely with designers, artists, and product teams to develop scalable game features and contribute to live game operations. This is an on-site, full-time position requiring a strong ownership mindset and the ability to iterate quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and ship gameplay features, systems, and UI using Unity3D and C#.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance game architecture.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to prototype and iterate features.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and game stability across mobile devices.
• Analyze player behavior and leverage data to improve retention and engagement.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Work on live products and deliver features used by real players globally.
• Maintain version control with Git and ensure clean code management.

• Game Engine: Unity3D (expertise with Editor and Runtime)
• Language: C# (advanced proficiency)
• Graphics: Shader Graph (preferred)
• Version Control: Git
• Performance Tools: Profiling, memory management, debugging
• Additional (nice to have): Analytics platforms, live operations tools, monetization SDKs, game economy modeling

Strong proficiency in C# and Unity3D. 1-3 years game development experience. Solid understanding of game architecture, OOPs, performance optimization, Git. Knowledge of Shader Graph preferred. Exposure to analytics, live ops, monetization a plus.
