Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and visionary Branch Head / General Manager to lead and scale our Noida branch. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, marketing, and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning branch revenue, managing a team of 10–12 sales professionals, and driving a high-performance sales culture. Additionally, the role involves handling cross-selling opportunities between India and UAE real estate, offering exposure to both domestic and international markets. The successful candidate will think like an entrepreneur, sell like a professional, and build like a visionary.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of Noida Branch sales, revenue, and business targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10–12 Sales Professionals.
• Develop and execute effective real estate sales and marketing strategies.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly targets and ensure achievement.
• Drive lead conversion, site visits, bookings, and sales closures.
• Personally handle and close high-value and critical sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Monitor team performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent revenue generation.
• Train and mentor team members on sales pitching, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Identify new business opportunities and improve branch performance.
• Manage relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
• Drive cross-selling of Indian and UAE real estate properties to existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with management, HR, Admin, Operations, and CRM teams for smooth branch functioning.
• Ensure proper CRM usage, lead management, and timely follow-ups.
• Prepare and present sales/revenue performance reports to senior management.
• Take ownership of branch growth, productivity, and overall business development.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Marketing. Proven experience in team handling and sales leadership. Experience managing a team of 10–12+ members preferred. Strong knowledge of real estate selling, marketing, and closing. Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills. Strong understanding of revenue targeting and sales funnel management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of CRM and sales reporting. Experience in cross-selling or multiple real estate markets will be an advantage. Exposure to UAE/Dubai real estate will be highly preferred.
