Role Overview

We are in search of a tech-savvy Growth Manager to spearhead our B2B sales initiatives across both domestic and international regions, specifically targeting the US and European markets. This role demands not just a sales leader but also a strategist who can effectively engage with high-level stakeholders, translate complex technical terms into business value, and guide prospects through the entire sales process, from the initial engagement to contract closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Hunting: Implement a multi-channel outbound strategy targeting decision-makers across India, the US, and Europe via platforms like LinkedIn and cold email.
• Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee all phases of the sales process including prospecting, conducting discovery calls, delivering technical demos, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
• Portfolio Positioning: Present and position both high-value custom IT software/cloud services and transactional AI-SaaS subscription models effectively to prospects.
• Technical Discovery: Collaborate with internal engineering teams to align client requirements with the capabilities of AriveGuru's offerings, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment.
• Pipeline Governance: Maintain accurate tracking of deal stages, client interactions, and forecasts using our corporate CRM tools, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Network: Connections within startup accelerators and founder networks are advantageous
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively converse with decision-makers in tech
• Flexibility: Ability to work in varied time zones based on market needs
