Role Overview

As a Hardware Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by delivering high-quality technical service. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic engineer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, although interested freshers are also welcome to apply. The role involves addressing technical issues both remotely from our office and at client sites when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues for clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage trouble tickets and ensure efficient communication with clients regarding status and resolution of issues.
• Perform on-site visits to configure, install, and troubleshoot IT hardware as required.
• Collaborate closely with team members and clients to facilitate effective implementation and support of IT solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and solutions provided.
• Stay current with technological advancements and continually improve technical knowledge.

Working hours are from 0900 – 1800 hours, Monday through Saturday. This role is based in-person in Bengaluru, catering predominantly to clients in South India.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in IT hardware and TCP networking.
• Solid understanding of Linux OS.
• Ability to resolve trouble tickets both remotely and on-site.
• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Residing in Bengaluru, preferably within a 30-minute reach from RT Nagar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
