Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team in Chennai. This is an entry-level role designed for freshers (0–1 year of experience) who want to build a real career in Human Resources. You will report to the Assistant Manager – HR and will have real ownership from day one, working on live recruitment and onboarding. The role offers hands-on learning, mentorship from experienced people leaders, and a career path shaped by your delivery, not just tenure. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates on interview schedules and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding and induction for new joiners.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR files.
• Assist with attendance management and day-to-day HR administration.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
• Ensure assigned HR tasks and reports are completed on time.

Tech Stack

The role does not involve a dedicated technical development stack, but the following tools and systems are essential or beneficial:

• MS Office Suite (particularly Excel for trackers, Word for documentation, PowerPoint for presentations)

• Qualification: Undergraduate degree; MBA in HR preferred.
