We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist who can manage the entire recruitment process and oversee HR operations, supporting both IT and Non-IT hiring activities effectively.

Role Overview

The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process and manage HR operations within the organization. This position requires a motivated and organized individual who can seamlessly oversee end-to-end recruitment and support daily HR functions. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles and be adept at handling employee engagement, payroll, and performance management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Hire for various IT and Non-IT positions, such as:
  • .NET Core Developers
  • Flutter Developers
  • Software Testers
  • Technical Support Engineers
  • Sales Managers
  • Back Office Executives
  • Business Development & Support Staff
• Organize and conduct interviews, manage offer rollouts, and facilitate joining formalities.

HR Operations

• Maintain and manage employee records and necessary HR documentation.
• Oversee attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy in payroll inputs.
• Track and report on employee KPIs and performance metrics, conducting performance appraisals as needed.
• Support the full cycle of employee onboarding and exit processes.
• Organize team-building activities and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure the proper execution of HR policies and processes throughout the organization.

Tech Stack

• Proficient in MS Office
• Familiar with recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
• Experience with AI tools for recruitment
• Knowledge of Zoho is preferable

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 2nd & 4th Saturday and all Sundays off

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Experience in IT and Non-IT hiring.
• Knowledge of payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee engagement.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & AI tools.
• Knowledge of Zoho will be an added advantage.
