Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and organized HR Generalist to handle talent acquisition and manage day-to-day HR operations. This role involves end-to-end recruitment for various IT and Non-IT positions, alongside crucial HR functions to support employee engagement and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and a proven track record in recruitment for diverse roles.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through to onboarding.
• Hire for various positions, including:
  • .NET Core Developers
  • Flutter Developers
  • Software Testers
  • Technical Support Engineers
  • Sales Managers
  • Back Office Executives
  • Business Development & Support Staff
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate offer rollouts, and manage joining formalities.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs to ensure timely processing.
• Track employee KPIs and performance metrics for effective management.
• Support onboarding processes, confirmation of employment, and exit procedures.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities to promote morale.
• Ensure the smooth execution of HR policies and processes impacting employee satisfaction.

Tech Stack

• Recruitment Portals: Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
• Software: MS Office, Zoho (advantageous)

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2nd & 4th Saturday and all Sundays Off

Salary

₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Expertise in hiring for both IT and Non-IT positions.
• Knowledge of payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee engagement.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and AI tools.
• Knowledge of Zoho will be an added advantage.
