We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee comprehensive Human Resources operations with a focus on statutory compliance in India.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources operations, with deep, hands-on expertise in Indian statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will independently own all PF, ESI, labour law, and Shops & Establishment matters, while also driving recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR policy. This is a generalist role for someone who can be the single point of accountability for "everything HR" at our Greater Noida location.

Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliance

   • Manage end-to-end PF (EPF) compliance, including UAN generation, monthly ECR filing, challan payments, KYC, transfers, and withdrawals via the EPFO portal.
   • Manage end-to-end ESI compliance, with responsibilities related to registration, monthly contributions, ESIC portal filings, and employee onboarding/exit on ESIC.
   • Ensure compliance with the UP Shops and Establishment Act and maintain compliance with all applicable labour laws.
   • Stay current with and prepare for the implementation of new Labour Codes.
   • Manage compliance for contract / outsourced manpower as well as verify vendor statutory filings.

2. Payroll & Benefits

   • Oversee the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
   • Manage full & final settlements, gratuity, and bonus calculations.

3. Recruitment & Onboarding

   • Conduct end-to-end recruitment from job postings to negotiation of offers and structured onboarding processes.

4. HR Operations & Employee Relations

   • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and handle grievances, as well as performance management and training & development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR / MBA (HR) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience with strong hands-on knowledge of Indian compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws, Shops & Establishment).
• Practical working experience with the EPFO and ESIC portals and statutory filings.
• Thorough understanding of central and Uttar Pradesh state labour regulations.
• Experience handling labour inspections and statutory audits independently.
• Proficiency with payroll, HRMS, and MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to work independently and own HR end-to-end.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in a manufacturing / factory setup and familiarity with the Factories Act.
• Relevant certifications in labour law or compensation & benefits.
• Working knowledge of Hindi and English.
