Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Thane office. This role focuses primarily on talent acquisition and includes responsibilities related to employee engagement activities and other HR operations tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about building a strong, talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across the organization, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and hiring.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks as needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

HR Operations:

• Support HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee files and ensure all HR-related documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
• Provide support and answer employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement Activities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Organize and participate in company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
• Gather feedback from employees through surveys and other methods to improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Promote a positive work environment and company culture.

Graduate or Post Graduate in Arts or Human Resources; 1+ year of experience; highly proactive and customer-centric attitude; ability to prioritize and multitask; high attention to detail; well-structured, organized, and detail-oriented; excellent communication skills (verbal & written); confident and skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); comfortable working on own initiative.
