Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, curious, and highly organized HR Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team in Mumbai (Andheri East). This is a hands-on internship offering exposure to end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and stakeholder management in a high-growth startup. You will work closely with hiring managers and learn from experienced professionals while contributing to our rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
• Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on role requirements.
• Reach out to prospective candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a great candidate experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and logistics.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in preparing offer letters and supporting the offer rollout process.
• Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports.

HR Operations

• Support employee onboarding by coordinating documentation and pre-joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in background verification and document collection.
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Support HR policy communication and other administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
