Role Overview

We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our HR department in Bangalore. This role is crucial in maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the organization’s HRIS. The HRIS Analyst acts as a bridge between HR operations and technology, ensuring data accuracy, improving system functionality, and supporting HR programs through reporting, configuration, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of HR processes, particularly with HRIS platforms. Experience with Infor is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS Data: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all HRIS data with organizational standards.
• Configuration: Assist in the configuration of system fields, workflows, and modules under the guidance of senior HRIS personnel.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot system issues, coordinating with IT or vendors for resolution.
• Upgrades and Testing: Support system upgrades, user acceptance testing and the implementation of new features.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, compliance, etc.).
• Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Regular Audits: Ensure data integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams across various functions to optimize the usage of HRIS.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for HR staff and managers on HRIS functionality, while also creating relevant user guides and documentation.

Salary

• ₹50,000 - ₹58,333 per month (₹6,00,000 - ₹7,00,000 per annum).

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR analytics.
• Experience with at least one major HRIS platform, Infor preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning).
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Broad technical knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
