Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst based in Bangalore to support our HR department effectively. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The successful candidate will act as a critical link between HR operations and technology, ensuring data accuracy and improving system functionality as well as supporting various HR programs through effective reporting and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update HRIS data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Configure system fields, workflows, and modules under guidance from senior HRIS staff.
• Troubleshoot system issues in cooperation with IT or vendor partners to resolve technical challenges.
• Support system upgrades and the testing and implementation of new features to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop, execute, and sustain recurring and ad-hoc HR reports encompassing metrics such as headcount, turnover, and compliance.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide meaningful insights that support decision-making processes.
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits and quality checks to maintain optimal standards.
• Collaborate with various HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, etc., to maximize system usage.
• Assist during annual HR cycles like performance reviews and open enrollment activities.
• Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and comprehensive documentation for end-users.
• Conduct training sessions for HR staff and managers to promote an understanding of the HRIS functionalities.
• Uphold a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Excel (including features like VLOOKUP and pivot tables)

Salary

• ₹50,000 - ₹58,333 per month

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR analytics.
• Experience with at least one major HRIS platform; Infor is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.
