Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Image Editor to join our Mumbai team (Andheri East). In this role, you will be responsible for editing a wide range of product images, with a primary focus on jewellery photography. You will also work on e-commerce images and AI-generated imagery. The ideal candidate has strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, a deep understanding of color correction and retouching, and basic video editing skills. You will work closely with the Post-Production Manager to ensure all images meet the highest quality standards before delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality image editing for jewellery products, including background removal (using pen tool), white balance adjustment, color corrections, shadow creation, retouching, cropping, image stitching, sharpening, and hair masking
• Edit e-commerce product images and model shots for seamless online display
• Work with AI-generated imagery to apply final touches and ensure consistency with brand guidelines
• Conduct quality checks on all edited images to maintain studio standards
• Manage the entire image editing workflow from raw files to final deliverables
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deadlines
• Occasionally assist with video editing tasks for short product clips

Tech Stack

• Primary Software: Adobe Photoshop (expert level)
• Video Editing: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• AI Tools: Knowledge of AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion) is a plus but not required
• File Management: Familiarity with color space, file formats (JPEG, TIFF, PNG), and image optimization for web

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant editing experience Certification: Certification in Photoshop Editing or relevant experience Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Proficient in pen tool background removal, white balance, color corrections, shadow creation, retouching, cropping, image stitching, sharpening, and hair masking
• Experience in video editing
• Knowledge of AI image generation is a plus
• Ability to perform quality checks on edited images

• Probation period of 3 months
