Role Overview

We are seeking an Implementation Engineer for a client engagement. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in civil or mechanical engineering. The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the deployment of project management frameworks and tools, ensuring smooth execution of client projects. The position offers exposure to real-world project lifecycles, coordination with cross-functional teams, and opportunities to travel extensively within India and abroad. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong grasp of project management fundamentals, proficiency in MS Excel, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of project management processes and software tools in client environments.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones using tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards in MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and travel to various project locations across India (Mumbai, Chennai, Kochi, Bharuch) and overseas as required.
• Provide basic training and support to end-users on project management tools.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in documenting best practices.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and client requirements.

Tech Stack

• Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency – pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts)
• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalent)
• Basic familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack)
• General understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile basics)

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (BE / B.Tech) is mandatory.

Experience & Notice Period 0–2 years of relevant experience. Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.

Work Location In-person at client sites in Mumbai, Chennai, Kochi, or Bharuch (Gujarat). Willingness to travel extensively across India and overseas is essential.
