Role Overview

The Institutional Solutions Executive will be fundamental in promoting Johan Brown Publishing's groundbreaking educational solutions across various institutions. The executive’s core responsibility will be to build relationships, promote products, and drive sales targets while collaborating with educational leaders to enhance the learning experience through innovative resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Promoting a range of educational solutions, such as smart books and digital platforms.
• Developing new business opportunities with schools, junior colleges, degree colleges, universities, libraries, coaching centers, government institutions, and NGOs.
• Conducting product demonstrations and workshops to institutional stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining relationships with Principals, faculty, and other decision-makers in educational institutions.
• Generating institutional subscriptions and managing bulk book orders and digital platform adoptions.
• Appointing and managing distributors and channel partners.
• Participating in book fairs and educational conferences.
• Gathering market intelligence and maintaining CRM records.
• Coordinating order processing and customer support.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 2–8 years in Educational Publishing, Academic Sales, Institutional Sales, EdTech, or related fields.
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Travel: Comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Additional: Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.
