• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in process engineering, operations transformation, or similar roles within investment banking or financial services
• Strong expertise in Front-to-Back (F2B) operations, including trade lifecycle management, risk, and compliance processes
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN) and methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or Agile
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis, workflow optimization, and technology integration
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation projects
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in investment banking (e.g., MiFID, Dodd-Frank, or equivalent)
