Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our talented engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate is passionate about pushing mobile technologies to their limits and will play a key role in designing and building the next generation of our mobile applications. This role demands extensive knowledge of Swift and Objective-C, a thorough understanding of Apple’s design principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product owners, and QA. You will be responsible for developing high-quality iOS applications, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring junior developers. The position is permanent and based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify advanced iOS applications and modules based on functional and system requirements.
• Work closely with the Team Leader with minimum supervision, and collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to understand functional and system requirements.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure quality and punctual software delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and perform troubleshooting and analysis to assess root cause of application issues.
• Participate in the testing process through unit testing and bug fixes.
• Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools as required.
• Recommend system solutions and tools to improve development efficiency.
• Support other iOS application developers by providing advice and coaching.
• Write high-quality code to solve business and technical challenges according to product requirements.
• Fix problems in the software pre-emptively and reactively as needed.
• Understand the impact on existing systems and come up with appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and feedback on product subsystems, app research, design, analysis, testing, process improvement, and troubleshooting.
• Fix bugs quickly, maintaining a strong focus on quality.
• Review code changes made by other developers on parts of a product source code and provide constructive input.
