Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Administrator to join our team in Bangalore (HSR Layout). You will play a key role in managing and supporting our organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing technical assistance to staff. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring immediate joining. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-pressure environment with over 150 users, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and has extensive experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, networking, and cloud-based tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 Pro, Windows 8, macOS, and Ubuntu remotely.
• Manage user data backups and handle IT issues in a high-pressure environment supporting 150+ users.
• Oversee networking concepts including switch IP addressing, WAN/LAN, cabling, access point configuration, and troubleshooting data/voice points.
• Install printers via Wi-Fi, LAN, and locally; manage cartridge replacements and printer troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, enforce IT policies and procedures, and manage warranty claims.
• Manage Active Directory users and have basic knowledge of NVR/DVR IP camera systems.
• Support new office IT infrastructure development and data center operations, including server installation and configuration on Windows.
• Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, administer basic CRM systems, install and manage McAfee endpoint security, and resolve blue screen errors on laptops/desktops.
• Handle leased lines, broadband data cards, MiFi devices, routers, and access points.
• Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
• Document processes, back up and archive data, and develop data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows-based systems.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, Routing, and Remote Access.
• Administer G Suite (email configuration, security), Slack admin tasks, and biometric systems.
• Handle vendor management, payment processing, and invoices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or relevant qualification. 4+ years of experience as a system administrator or system engineer. Applicable professional qualifications (Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification preferred). Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies. Solid knowledge of IT administration best practices and system security. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Immediate joining.
