Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong IT Infrastructure Engineer Intern to join our IT Infrastructure and Technology team. This role offers comprehensive exposure to server administration, virtualization, networking, endpoint support, operating systems, monitoring, cybersecurity, backups, databases, application platforms, and infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of infrastructure knowledge and basic frontend, backend, and full-stack development understanding, enabling them to support the full application lifecycle from hardware to user interface.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining on-premises physical servers and virtual machines.
• Support Linux, Windows, and macOS environments; monitor server health and performance.
• Provide first-level technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage IT asset inventory, including hardware and software tracking.
• Configure and troubleshoot network switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Deploy and manage endpoint security solutions (Seqrite Antivirus).
• Administer monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and SigNoz.
• Support CCTV infrastructure, backup systems, and disaster recovery processes.
• Assist with database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and application platform management.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand and support full-stack application deployments.
