Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Generative AI Engineer who is enthusiastic about crafting AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models and generative AI applications. You will collaborate with various teams to integrate AI agents into enterprise systems while ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions to meet business needs.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases aligned with enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop AI agents utilizing Agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, and CrewAI.
• Integrate AI agents with API services, databases, and enterprise tools for seamless operations.
• Craft prompts, workflows, and output pipelines tailored for large language model (LLM) applications.
• Undertake fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization of LLM-powered applications to enhance accuracy, reduce latency, and control costs.
• Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering practices to support the training of ML models.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineering teams, and subject matter experts to innovate AI-driven features.
• Monitor agent and model performance, engage in troubleshooting, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clean, well-documented, and tested code following industry best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in machine learning, large language models, and agentic AI technologies.

Tech Stack

• Languages & Frameworks: Python, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
• APIs: OpenAI API, Anthropic APIs, Azure OpenAI.
• Databases: Vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, and SQL Databases.
• Cloud Services: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Containerization & CI/CD: Docker, MLflow for experiment tracking, REST APIs, and FastAPI for model deployment.
• Tools & Technologies: Knowledge of agent frameworks like CrewAI and AutoGen, experience with AI evaluation frameworks and model context protocols.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience with NLP techniques and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of SQL, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
