As we scale globally, we are looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst to support the execution and measurement of our marketing campaigns across international markets.
Role Overview
As Junior Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy defined by management. Working from agreed priorities and objectives, you will set up, launch and manage the campaigns that support our commercial goals. You will operate across several of our international markets, adapting each campaign to its regional audience and monitoring how our messaging performs in India, Europe and other target regions. You will collect and analyze the performance data generated by each campaign, identifying which channels, messages and audiences deliver the strongest results. Over time, this analysis will build our understanding of what drives performance in each market and inform how future campaigns are designed. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead, the business development team and the CEO, providing the reporting and insight that support management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Execution: Set up and launch campaigns defined by management across email, LinkedIn, paid media, newsletters, landing pages, webinars and events. • Multi-Market Delivery: Adapt and deploy campaigns across SmartHelio’s target markets, ensuring messaging, targeting and scheduling are appropriate to each region. • Performance Analysis: Collect, consolidate and analyze campaign data across all channels: traffic, engagement, open and click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per lead and pipeline contribution. • Reporting & Dashboards: Produce and maintain weekly and monthly KPI dashboards in GA4 and HubSpot, and present clear, actionable findings to the marketing team, business development team and management. • Testing & Optimization: Design and run A/B tests on subject lines, landing pages, messaging and creative, and document results by market and audience to inform subsequent campaigns. • Lead Tracking: Track progression of inbound leads from MQL to SQL, keep records accurate and up to date, and report on conversion at each stage of the funnel. • CRM Data Quality: Maintain integrity of the marketing database, including de-duplication, field standardization and segmentation lists, to ensure reliable reporting. • Market & Account Research: Develop and maintain target account lists across solar developers, IPPs, asset managers and O&M companies, and support the business development team with market intelligence. • Content Support: Support the designer on content production including case studies, one-pagers, newsletters and website updates, and monitor SEO keyword rankings and content performance. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business development, product and management teams, sharing campaign and customer insights that strengthen positioning and messaging.
Tech Stack
• Marketing Analytics & CRM: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), HubSpot, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, reporting) • Advertising & Campaign Management: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing platforms, paid media tools • SEO & Content: Basic understanding of SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs (nice-to-have) • Data & Automation: Basic SQL (nice-to-have), media buying platforms, landing page builders • Other: A/B testing tools, webinar platforms, event management tools
1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, demand generation or marketing operations, ideally in B2B or SaaS (must). Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics, statistics, economics or a related field. Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning and report building. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and with a CRM or marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred). Understanding of core B2B marketing metrics: MQL, SQL, conversion rate, CAC and attribution basics. Ability to present data clearly and draw actionable conclusions from it. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently within a fast-paced, distributed international team. Excellent written and spoken English (required). Able to work full-time from our Noida office, on-site every day. Genuine interest in clean energy, solar and the climate transition.
