Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the design and development of our innovative robotic products. This position demands creativity, analytical skills, and a commitment to quality as you work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that designs are aligned with project architecture and specifications while prioritizing safety, reliability, and quality.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assist in the introduction of innovative technologies.
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with industry standards as part of the development process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration and performance of design components.
• Develop a detailed schedule, track progress, and report findings to management.
• Stay updated with the latest technical developments within your field through literature and professional networks.
• Uphold and enhance the product and company reputation by adhering to applicable regulations.

Tech Stack

• CAD software for 3D modeling and manufacturing drawings (Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks, SolidEdge)
• Tools for creating DFMEA and conducting FEM analysis
• Documentation standards relevant to product development
• Engineering design methodologies and risk assessment frameworks

Salary: ₹41,667 - ₹50,000 per month
Work Location: Onsite in Mumbai (Dadar)

• M.Tech / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Knowledge of structural design, CAD (Creating 3D models and manufacturing drawings), FEM analysis
• Proficient in hand calculations for designs
• Experience in creating DFMEA and identifying relevant product risks
• Ability to identify suitable materials, create EBOM, and apply DFM/DFA principles
• Knowledge of latest engineering design methods, tools, and processes
• Familiar with standard development tools: Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, or equivalent
• Experience in creating functional requirement documentation
• Preferred knowledge of IEC 60601 standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a disciplined team player mindset
• Ability to work independently and present ideas effectively
