Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Production Specialist (Junior) to join our Marketing & Communication team in Hyderabad. This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for candidates with 0–1 years of experience who have a strong command of Hindi (verbal and written) and basic video editing skills. The role focuses on producing short-form video content for digital platforms, requiring a blend of scripting, voice-over, audio recording, and video editing. You will be responsible for sourcing daily news material, writing concise scripts in Hindi, recording clear voice-overs with appropriate modulation, and assembling short videos that deliver high-impact messaging. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, comfortable working under tight deadlines, and eager to learn from a team of digital experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and curate daily news material relevant to the target audience.
• Write and review short-length scripts primarily in Hindi, ensuring engaging and impactful narratives.
• Perform audio recording and voice-overs for the scripts developed, using clear articulation and flexible voice modulation.
• Edit and assemble short videos using video editing tools, integrating voice-overs, visuals, and effects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Deliver time-sensitive projects while maintaining high quality and consistency.

Tech Stack

• Video Editing: Wondershare Filmora (primary) – basic proficiency required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation in BMM / Mass Communication / Journalism / BA (General) / BA (Hindi Hons.) – Hindi as a subject in graduation is a strong plus.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken Hindi (excellent verbal articulation and voice modulation).
• Basic video editing proficiency (Wondershare Filmora or similar).
• Ability to comprehend video content and communications.
• Strong scriptwriting skills for short-form content.
• Passion for creative storytelling and ability to work under tight deadlines.
