Role Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-focused Key Accounts Manager to drive the development of one of India's most exciting wipes platforms. You will go beyond traditional account management, owning key customer relationships, driving category expansion, and unlocking private label opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Account & Business Growth:
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts including Reliance Smart Bazaar, DMart, and others.
  • Drive business development across leading pharmacies and beauty channels such as Apollo Pharmacy, Guardian Pharmacy, and Nykaa.
  • Deliver sales, revenue, and profitability targets through annual business plans and joint growth initiatives.
  • Drive product listings and distribution expansion, enhancing shelf visibility and engagement via merchandising and promotional activations.
• Category Development & Innovation:
  • Identify opportunities for new product launches and channel-specific innovations.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure timely market releases of customer-led solutions.
• Commercial & Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, trade schemes, and promotional terms.
  • Work collaboratively with Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Lead business reviews, presenting identified growth opportunities to senior management.

Salary

₹1,00,000 - ₹1,66,667 per month

• 5–10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, or Retail Sales.
• Proven track record managing large Modern Trade, Pharmacy, Beauty, or Specialty Retail accounts.
• Experience in FMCG, Personal Care, Hygiene, Consumer Healthcare, Beauty, Baby Care, Pet Care, or related categories.
• Prior exposure to wipes, personal hygiene products, skincare, tissues, cotton products, or adjacent consumer categories is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
• Understanding of category management, trade marketing, retail economics, and promotional planning.
• Experience launching or scaling emerging consumer brands is an advantage.
• Self-starter with an ownership mindset and a passion for building businesses.
