Role Overview

The Lead CCH Tagetik Developer Analyst will play a critical role in deploying sophisticated analytics solutions using CCH Tagetik. In this position, you will be responsible for leading development initiatives, integrating business requirements into technical specifications, and maintaining robust data transformation processes. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of major deliverables within the Tagetik ecosystem and mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement solutions utilizing CCH Tagetik, with an emphasis on the Analytics Information Hub (AiH).
2. Design and maintain Data Transformation Processes (DTPs), ETL pipelines, and SQL-based logic to support analytics initiatives.
3. Collaborate closely with business analysts to convert functional requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
4. Create and manage TQL scripts, business rules, and calculations aimed at facilitating effective planning and forecasting activities.
5. Build and oversee data models, including custom dimensions and hierarchies to optimize data management.
6. Integrate CCH Tagetik with other external systems using Data Management tools and APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
7. Ensure robust user provisioning and access control for system security.
8. Participate in ongoing performance tuning, testing, and deployment processes to enhance system functionality.
9. Provide technical support and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Experience: 6–10 years of hands-on experience in CCH Tagetik, with at least 2 years in Analytics Information Hub (AiH).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Data Transformation Processes (DTPs), SQL, ETL pipelines within AiH.
  • Strong capability in TQL scripting and business logic.
  • Experience in data modelling and dimension design.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and APIs.
  • Knowledge of Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting modules.
  • Exposure to Tagetik Consolidation and other EPM tools (e.g., Hyperion, PBCS, TM1).
• Personal Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to work across various time zones and shifts.
