Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Electronics Hardware Design Engineer to design, develop, and validate electronic circuits and systems across various projects. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep knowledge in analog/digital circuit design, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams from concept through production. You will be the technical backbone of hardware projects, driving innovation and ensuring robust, manufacturable, and compliant designs. Key Responsibilities
Tech Stack
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in electronics hardware design, including leadership of design projects. Strong experience in designing and debugging analog and digital circuits, including power supplies, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, etc.). Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, Eagle, OrCAD, etc.) and circuit simulation software. Solid understanding of EMC/EMI considerations and compliance standards. Experience with product lifecycle development and design for manufacturability (DFM). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical teams effectively. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Preferred: Experience with Embedded Systems and Firmware interaction. Knowledge of automotive, industrial, or consumer electronics standards and protocols. Familiarity with FMEA, risk analysis, and safety-critical design methodologies.
