Role Overview

The Lead Full Stack Architect will spearhead the product engineering architecture, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of our advanced enterprise application. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who will set the engineering foundation of our platform while guiding and mentoring developers, establishing engineering standards, and ensuring product quality. Close collaboration with the founders and various engineering teams is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Architecture: Design scalable enterprise-grade application architecture, set technology standards, and make architectural decisions for new products.
• Full Stack Development: Create high-performance web applications and scalable backend services, while integrating external APIs and systems.
• Engineering Excellence: Conduct code reviews, optimize application performance, and drive initiatives to reduce technical debt.
• Product Delivery: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, estimate efforts, plan releases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
• Database & Integration: Design PostgreSQL schemas, build secure APIs, and work with messaging systems as needed.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Mentor developers through technical coaching sessions, drive a quality-focused engineering culture, and participate in the hiring process.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS.
• Backend: Node.js (NestJS/Express) or Java (Spring Boot), REST APIs, GraphQL.
• Database: PostgreSQL, SQL Optimization, Performance Tuning.
• Architecture: Microservices, API-First Design, Event-Driven Architecture.
• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, Linux, NGINX.
• Security: OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, Secure Coding Practices.

Requirements

• Experience: 7–10 years in Full Stack Software Development.

• Frontend Skills: Experience with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS.

• Backend Skills: Proficiency in Node.js (NestJS/Express) or Java (Spring Boot), REST APIs, and microservices architecture.

• Database Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Optimization, Database Design.

• Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with API-First Design, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture.

• DevOps Skills: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and Linux.

• Security Expertise: Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, secure coding practices.

• Preferred Skills: Experience with AI/LLM integration, OpenSearch, Redis, and performance engineering.

• Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

• Location: Willingness to relocate to Gurugram or flexible to work in the Delhi NCR region.
