Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise along with proven team-handling and leadership experience. You will be responsible for guiding the development team, driving technical decisions, ensuring code quality, and delivering projects within defined timelines. This is a key role that requires both deep technical knowledge and the ability to mentor and inspire junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers, ensuring effective task allocation and timely delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Work extensively with databases, ensuring efficient design, queries, and performance.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best development practices.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions, making sound technical decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring application performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and other stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify technical challenges, and provide timely solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.

• Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
