Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Full Stack Developer to enhance our engineering capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in developing scalable web applications and demonstrated experience in leading technical teams. This position involves taking charge of the complete software development lifecycle, guiding developers, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
• Mentor and guide developers through code reviews and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver successful products.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and adopt DevOps best practices.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Strong backend experience with Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience using Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
