Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications. This is a technical leadership role where you will own the frontend architecture, drive reusable component libraries, collaborate closely with backend teams, mentor junior developers and enforce engineering best practices. You will work on enterprise-grade digital transformation projects, leveraging modern technologies such as React.js, Node.js, Python and Microsoft Azure. You will be a key contributor to architecture governance, secure coding standards and Agile delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development and deployment of scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, Python and Azure.
• Design and implement modern frontend architecture, reusable UI components and coding standards.
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate applications via REST APIs.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness and scalability.
• Drive UI/UX best practices to deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct thorough code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
• Implement advanced state management using Redux and Context API.
• Ensure secure application development, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Deploy, manage and monitor applications on Microsoft Azure App Services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application and performance issues.
• Work closely with product owners, architects and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js and Python.
• Hands-on experience designing scalable frontend architectures and reusable component libraries.
• Strong experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Redux and Context API for state management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services and cloud deployments.
• Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization and secure application development practices.
• Experience optimizing application performance, responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management skills.
