Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Lead Full Stack Developer to join our development team in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in driving technical ownership, solution design, and team mentoring. The ideal candidate will have 6.5+ years of hands-on experience in React, .NET, and SQL, along with proven leadership in managing and guiding a development team. As a lead, you will be responsible for ensuring code quality, delivering scalable applications, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and stakeholders. Your technical expertise will directly influence the architecture and performance of our enterprise-grade products, and you will play a key role in shaping the technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects and tasks.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET.
• Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and business logic using .NET / ASP.NET Core.
