Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead/Senior SQA Analyst who will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and usability of our suite of software applications, including Web, Desktop, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with XML-based systems and a strong understanding of SQA methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality for releases through comprehensive test planning and execution.
• Define and implement test strategies, quality standards, and risk-based testing approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence quality decisions and conduct root cause analysis.
• Design and execute both manual and automated tests across various platforms (web, mobile, APIs).
• Validate XML content against compliance standards and perform extensive accessibility testing.
• Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, integrated with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute performance testing and validate system throttling under realistic workloads.
• Partner with global teams, document results and issues in Jira, and contribute to quality governance initiatives.

Requirements

• Excellent English language (written and spoken) skills.
• Strong experience with enterprise XML-based Component Content Management Systems (CCMS).
• Solid understanding of XML content architectures and structured content management.
• Hands-on experience testing XML/NoSQL database platforms with XQuery validation.
• Experience in API testing (REST, SOAP) and asynchronous workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and experience validating relational databases.
• Expertise in Playwright (JS/TS), JMeter, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in SQA for XML-based systems.
• Proven experience defining QA strategies and driving quality initiatives.
• Education: MCA/Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Strong API and database testing expertise.
• Accessibility testing knowledge (WCAG & EAA compliance).
• Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments (AWS/Azure).
