The Legal Analyst role reports directly to the Legal Analysts Manager and is responsible for ensuring customers receive the best possible solution for contract lifecycle management. This client-facing position involves managing contract interpretation, ingestion, and process implementation for North American Media and Entertainment clients. The role requires working closely with customers and internal teams (Engineering, Product, QA) to improve business and ingestion processes within the Rightsline platform. The ideal candidate will have a legal background, strong analytical skills, and experience in contract interpretation and ingestion.
LLB degree. Additionally, Bachelors or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Experience of 2 years in the legal field. Excellent analytical, organizational and presentation skills. Experience in contract interpretation, contract ingestion. Experience in dealing with North American and/or media and entertainment contracts is preferred, but not required. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and work in a time-sensitive, deadline driven environment and prioritize accordingly. Ability to review functional requirements, analysis and implementation documents and provide feedback. Ability to make sound judgment and resolve problems without supervision. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with internal and external audiences. Excellent knowledge and ability in the use of the Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
