Monitor regulatory developments and advise on necessary updates to internal policies and procedures.
Employment Law: Advise on all employment-related matters, including drafting and reviewing HR policies, conducting internal investigations, ensuring labour law compliance, and managing employee relations issues across jurisdictions.
Intellectual Property: Manage the company's IP portfolio, including trademark and patent filings, licensing agreements, enforcement actions against infringement, and related legal strategies to protect the brand and proprietary content.
Legal Advisory: Draft and respond to legal notices, cease-and-desist letters, and other formal communications. Partner with business, product, HR, and finance teams to provide practical, risk-balanced legal advice that enables business growth. Support strategic legal risk management and corporate governance initiatives.
