Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Loan Sales Backend Executive to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing loan applications, following up with prospective clients, and ensuring a smooth process for loan disbursement. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will be essential in guiding customers through loan eligibility, documentation, and application procedures, while also coordinating effectively with internal sales teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads generated through various channels.
• Guide customers regarding loan eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.
• Coordinate with sales executives and NBFC partners for timely processing of loan applications.
• Collect and verify customer documents before submission.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Track loan application status and provide regular updates to customers.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
• Ensure all customer information and documentation comply with company and NBFC guidelines.
• Meet daily calling targets, follow-up targets, and productivity standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to leads and loan applications.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Loan Sales, NBFC, Banking, Telecalling, or Backend Operations.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English preferred.
• Strong customer handling and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of personal loans, or other financial products is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
