Role Overview

The Manager - Talent Acquisition will spearhead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for the organization, focusing on senior and niche hiring across multiple business units. This position seeks an experienced HR professional with over 15 years in Talent Acquisition, capable of constructing robust stakeholder relationships, designing scalable hiring processes, and fostering a high-performing recruitment team to meet critical hiring objectives while ensuring compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and rollout a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business growth plans. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for leadership roles and critical positions. Leverage data insights to guide leadership on talent availability and hiring risks.
• Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, enhancing processes and ensuring governance is adhered to. Monitor key TA metrics to drive quality improvements.
