Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving the company’s growth strategy. This position requires an experienced marketing professional who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that support business objectives. The Marketing Manager will oversee brand management, corporate communications, and the management of digital marketing efforts, ensuring that the company position is strengthened in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute both short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals to enhance the brand's market presence.
• Lead domestic and international business development initiatives, exploring new markets and identifying growth opportunities.
• Manage and guide brand management and corporate communications to amplify the company’s identity.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis of competitors, and prices to develop informed strategies.
• Support sales growth through lead generation, proposal preparation, and coordinating marketing events.
• Oversee and manage exhibitions, trade fairs, product launches, and various marketing events.
• Foster and maintain productive relationships with customers, consultants, EPC companies, and other stakeholders in the industry.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, managing KPIs, and overseeing the budget effectively.
• Use MIS reporting and ROI analysis to manage and track marketing performance.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position is approximately ₹350,000 - ₹350,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Education

  • MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
  • Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Civil/Production/Industrial) preferred

• Experience

  • 12–25 years in Marketing & Business Development
  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in Steel Manufacturing, Telecom Infrastructure, Solar Structures, Heavy Engineering, or EPC industry is mandatory.
