Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will drive Anvin Engineers' brand visibility, lead generation, and market expansion across its range of welding automation and heavy fabrication equipment. This role demands a blend of deep technical/industrial product knowledge (B2B capital equipment) and strong marketing, digital, and customer relationship management skills to grow the company's domestic and export market presence. The manager will work closely with the Director and cross-functional teams (sales, design, production) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and budget aligned with company sales and growth targets for welding automation and heavy fabrication equipment.
• Identify new market segments and geographies (e.g., boiler, pressure vessel, shipbuilding, wind energy, oil & gas, chemical plant fabrication) for business expansion, including export markets.
• Plan and manage participation in domestic and international trade fairs/exhibitions (e.g., IMTEX, EXCON, Weld Expo) to generate high-quality leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives — including website content and SEO, LinkedIn and other B2B social media channels, email campaigns, and online lead generation for industrial buyers.
• Develop comprehensive product literature, technical brochures, case studies, catalogues, and presentations in coordination with the design/engineering team.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads/enquiries, coordinating with the sales team to ensure a healthy sales pipeline and conversion-to-order ratios.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer feedback surveys to identify positioning opportunities and pricing strategy inputs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, EPC contractors, dealers, distributors, and channel partners in India and abroad.
• Coordinate with design/production to align marketing communications with product capability, customization options, and delivery timelines.
• Track marketing ROI, enquiry-to-order conversion ratios, and prepare periodic MIS/reports for management review.
• Support tender/enquiry documentation, techno-commercial proposals, CRM/database management, and customer records.
• Represent Anvin at industry associations, technical seminars, and customer visits to strengthen the brand in the welding/fabrication equipment industry.

Minimum Experience & Education

• 8 to 12 years of overall marketing/business development experience, with minimum 5 years in a managerial/leadership marketing role.
• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Electrical) preferred, with MBA in Marketing/International Business.
• Prior experience in capital goods / SPM / welding equipment / heavy engineering industry strongly preferred.
• Exposure to export/international business development is an added advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in lead generation, exhibition management, and export market development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office/PowerPoint for technical proposals.
• Ability to read and understand technical/engineering product specifications and translate them into customer-facing marketing content.
• Strong analytical ability for market research, pricing, and competitor benchmarking.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client visits, exhibitions, and market development.
• Team leadership and cross-functional coordination skills (with sales, design, and production teams).
• Language: English, Hindi, Marathi (preferred).
