Role Overview

As a Marketplace Manager at SoulWorks, you will play a crucial role in managing our e-commerce strategy across various online marketplaces such as Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and Amazon. You will work closely with the leadership team to elevate our brand's online presence while optimizing our marketplace listings and ensuring that our product offerings resonate with customers. Your insights and management skills will directly impact our growth in the fashion jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operations of our marketplace accounts across various platforms.
• Utilize Uniware/Vinculum for catalog management, ensuring product listings are accurate and optimized.
• Create, upload, and maintain product listings that include refreshing titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and attributes to enhance visibility.
• Oversee catalog creation and ensure that catalog hygiene is consistently maintained.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure that new collections are listed on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and execute stock adjustments as needed across marketplaces.
• Collaborate with marketplace account managers to resolve listing issues, including suppressed listings and catalog errors.
• Manage promotional campaigns and update pricing strategies in alignment with marketplace best practices.
• Work closely with creative, catalog, operations, and management teams to uphold brand consistency and optimize performance.
• Analyze marketplace performance metrics to drive decisions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Marketplace Management or E-commerce Operations.
• Experience handling one or more platforms such as Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of catalog management and product listings via Uniware/Vinculum software.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or consumer brands is highly preferred.
